Ruffin & Goodspeed General Contracting LLC was born out of a simple conversation between longtime tradesmen and friends, Shannon Ruffin and paul goodspeed. With nearly 40 years of combined experience in the trades — plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and more, they realized they could make a bigger impact by bringing their skills and businesses together.
In 2024, Paul and Shannon officially launched Ruffin & Goodspeed General Contracting with a shared vision: to build a company that not only delivers excellent workmanship but also gives back to the communities they came from. Both men know what it means to grow up in neighborhoods where reliable, fairly priced services weren’t always easy to find.
That’s why RGC was built with three promises at its core:
