What We Inspect & Maintain
During scheduled visits, our technicians use a comprehensive all-service inspection checklist.

General Home Maintenance
Some plans include an annual labor allowance for qualifying minor repairs:
Basic Plan: Preventative maintenance only
Standard Plan: Annual labor allowance applied across visits
Comprehensive Plan: Higher annual labor allowance applied across visits
Important notes:
Labor coverage is annual, not per visit
Materials, fixtures, and parts are not included
Any work outside the plan scope requires approval before proceeding

Notify us of known issues ahead of time
How Maintenance Visits Work
Plans have a 3-month minimum term
30-day written notice required for cancellation
No cancellation fee if all payments are current
Missed or rescheduled appointments may require rebooking
